I currently work as a Business Process Design Manager in a large organization. Over the last 10 years, I have been working in various roles related to project & process management.
A successful Process Improvement project (success defined as increased productivity, lowered cost and improved efficiency) gives me immense satisfaction and makes me want to go back to work every other day
